Hi all - I would love to kick off an intimate weekly zoom group to connect with others just starting out. My broad stroke plan is STRs locally and then expanding internationally following getting my Italian citizenship (in the works). Please comment if interested. I am looking into some STR ski properties in the northeast. Would be curious from those who have gone this route in the past what the downside of these investments has been?

I am getting my Italian citizenship, and using that as a tool to invest in airbnb style properties abroad. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Would love to chat.
