Anyone have/know a great accountant based out the of Dallas-Fort Worth area? My wife and I are getting into BRRRR projects and have a large windfall coming, so I'd like to start working with a professional we can build a long and trusted relationship with as we grow our businesses.

Two quick suggestions: 1)from the paint to the counter tops, keep the colors light. 2) Get on RedFin or Zillow and look at houses that are pending and redone. That will give you a solid sense of what is selling, then you just have to find the materials that meet your budget. But this will help give you a sense of colors that will appease to most tenants. 

How would this forum go about connecting with investors that would be interested in receiving leads from me? I'm in the DFW metroplex and am looking to do the leg work for BRRR or LT single family investors.
