Hi all,

I'm getting started in property flipping and while doing some research I found that the property is owned by an LLC. Does this mean that the property is own by an investor? From my understanding buying a property from an investor may not get the the best deal in your interest and I feel like I should stay away from this situation/property. I'm more interested in contacting a home owner without any middle resolving more profit long term. Any advice that can be shared will be much appreciated.
