Rent from 2 apartments covered expenses. Cash flows well.

Drove by and contacted the owner.

Great cash flow. 20% ROI

Requires a little more land lording.

Combined with other property that we did a brrr on. Paid cash then refinanced on 20yr note.

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehabbed and updated.

What was the outcome?

Got all our investment back but $5000. Cash flows $250/mo

My wife and I have 4 doors of LTR's. We would like to get involved in STR's in the KC area or maybe even FL where we would eventually like to retire.
