where can I download the 1page real estate contracts for florida, sales/purchase agrrement, assignment contract, etc, etc..

OK so what is the best way to get deals under contract and protect my personal assets from anything crazy happening like lawsuits. I saw a video where a guy was talking bout trust deeds for wholesaling

Ty guys!  Yes I'm definitely going to talk to an RE attorney. Im still in the learning process of wholesale housing. Just trying to learn all I can before I sit down with the attorney. The BP community has been a big help in only a couple weeks signing up.

should wholesales be done under my LLC or separate under my personal name. Trying to safe as much money as I can tax wise on every deal
