Derek, thank you for your welcoming message.  Please don't tell me you live on an island with a beach view, relaxing and managing property online.  That would be my(and more of my wife's) ideal situation!

Hello everyone,

I have heard so much about his site and the community involved in this site.  I have read many blogs from time to time that come from BiggerPockets, I figured it's time to join and expand my education material.  

I am excited to learn strategies in investing, finding the deals, working with new clients, and sharing any insight I may have.  I have been in real estate for over 11 years now, but have just recently starting investing personally over the last two years.  I am ready to do more investing, find more opportunities, meet more investors, and expand my portfolio.
