@Sam Priddy  Hi Sam, real estate broker is fancy talk for real estate agent. The major difference is to be real estate agent (at least in TN) is that you must be licensed. I work with all buyers and sellers representing their best interest through the buying and selling process.  If my understanding is correct, as a wholesaler you connect investors to sellers for a flat fee. In general, (I am not a lawyer) I believe you can be a wholesaler without a license.
