Hi, I’m a builder/contractor in Las Vegas, NV , not currently licensed in this Nevada but, I have the manpower on the ground to pretty much build, fix, gut and repair just about any type of property. I do have access to licensed contractors, but I’m actually here to find a partner or partners that want to financially back me and any properties we can find for either flips or rentals. I would offer my services for either passive income, (part of the rents) if there rentals or a percentage on the flips. I’m very good at what I do and can save tons of money doing a lot of the work with my own men and own crews and myself. My expertise in the home building and repair fields in very diversified, I was and electrician/plumber/ carpenter, Home service repairman for many years and grew up in construction based household. I’m very fast and efficient at getting things done. I don’t want to brag but I’ve been in this field since I was a child and I’m now 39. There’s probably not a better partner to have on the ground than a guy like me.

Looking for someone that will act as accountant handle and financials and transactions, I just want to do what I’m good at which is mange jobs, men, crews, get things done and be properly reimbursed, I would be a great asset for anyone if the money was right. I know how to find the proper man power and mange jobs and make sure things move along. Money is always my motivation. I just don’t have tons of experience in large transactions above 25-40k. I’ve always operated as a small business mostly dealing in cash transactions, I had a business partner and handled the money and just made sure I was paid, I’m a fast leaner, I’ve worked with banks, developers, real estate pros over the years. I have tons of investment Knowledge and I know what’s profitable and what’s not. With the right person who had the financial backing, I could really help someone accomplish there goals. Of course the pay would have be enticing and worth my time and investment. If there’s anyone that needs a thing man on the ground and can handle the backend, purchasing selling, accounting. I could help you make things happen. People say my character is too notch. I’m very loyal and I keep my word on everything I do. I have strong communications and networking skills also. Look forward to chatting. Thanks

@Tevis Verrett

if there’s money to be made in California, I’m pretty flexible, I’m just looking for good opportunities and to be on a strong team, I’m good with putting numbers together and figuring out cost take ups and stuff like that, but accounting has never been my strong suit, I’m a field guy/manager, I know what it takes to complete jobs and make them profitable. I know how to finish jobs and make sure they stay profitable and on budget. Also I’m ans electrician, plumber, carpenter by trade, so I save tons just using my own labor and own helpers.

Honestly, I wanna get into development and redevelopment, buying apartments or old buildings , updating or making them more habitable, or just new construction, build cheap housing for people that need in underdeveloped areas. I always see those old abandon motels and condos downtown Las Vegas and that area is developing fast and becoming like Los Angeles now. If someone was to invest in that area it’s upcoming and booming, ppl are flooding from Cali and LA. I’m highly money motivated, so if there’s a good deal and opportunity to make money, I’m willing to go anywhere I need to go. Im very flexible.

@Stephan Kraus I know the feeling, it’s hard to find reliable help around but I can achieve it, it’s still an uphill battle keeping guys working but, I have a good team of guys that have been there for me for years and I handle a lot of the work myself, I have crews for other stuff. But I can handle most jobs myself and with a couple helpers.

The only problem I feel there is with Las Vegas is most of the properties are already turnkey or they have been flipped multiple times, and the distressed properties are rare and you can’t do much to add much value on the track homes, there’s not a ton of customs to build out. If there’s any sweet deals and we can partner and make money, I’m all ears and on board. I just feel like vegas got saturated with flippers, unless you have a broker connection or getting sweet wholesale deals, I’m not sure how much room for profit there is, I can save lots cause I’m a highly skilled tradesman myself but there’s still a lot of other costs and if I need more subs for larger jobs, etc.

Let’s chat. I’m interested in any deals people have.

Hi, if your looking for a strong partner with the construction background and required skills to make flips profitable, I am looking for partners with strong financial backgrounds. Basically, I have the manpower, knowledge, technical trade skills and ambition to be really sucessful in the flipping industry, but don’t have the financial backing or financial knowledge needed to complete large deals. I’m looking for someone that has the financial backing and knowledge to be profitable in flipping properties or investing in real estate. I was thinking best possible team would include myself, an accountant and someone with access to distressed real estate possibly an agent or broker. I personally have over 18 years combined building experience working for banks, flippers, homeowners, property managers and contractors. I currently work as general manger for a building contractor and I own a small home service and Maintenance business. If I had a strong team and the financial backing to complete some deals. I would be very successful and profitable at flipping and developing properties. I have very strong interpersonal and people skills, I’m very good in understanding people, sales, negotiating, going in and managing flips and Turning profits would be very easy for me. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, but I can travel and complete flips anywhere needed, I don’t limit myself to my hometown, I’m open to ideas ans options. Please message me with any interest. Thank you and god bless!!

Hi, everyone, my name is Michael Serwicki, I am a 36 year old, highly motivated entrepreneur living in Las Vegas, I have over 17 years experience working in building trades as a plumbing, electrical and general contractor, mainly in the residential and commercial sectors. I also currently own a small handyman service in Las Vegas. I have worked for many Real estate pros, brokers, managers, and property owners doing flips, rehabs, property maintenance and management for many years and have tons of hands on field experience. I have also learned many things about real estate and profitability working with such a diversity of customers. I have a great network of home professionals I work with in Las Vegas and I am great at recruiting good teams and leading projects. I like getting my hands dirty and I have over 15 years of great referrals and references to back me up. I'm rated as a 5 star contractor in Las Vegas. If anyone is interested in investing and fixing properties together, I think I have a lot to bring to the table. I'm open to offers, what I ultimately want to do is become a developer and build new construction and maybe not necessarily in the Las Vegas market, I would like to make my connections and hopefully expand to other markets. Please let me know if this of interest to anyone
