I am looking for a company or individual to learn form. I'm new to real estate and looking to learn the ropes prior to me buying a property. I'm an extremely hard worker and know how to manage my time and utilize technology to better not only my time but the time of others. @Georges A. Did you ever figure what to do about your joint account? Im looking to do the same thing but still unsure on what to do. 

Since California is sky high to buy I'm looking to buy out of state. Wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right areas to look at, what areas to avoid or any information worth sharing. Looking to get a 2-4 unit investment that is in a transitioning C to B area and still needs renovation work.
