Local contractors Wilbur and Amy Jennings will be presenting on the mindset of real-estate investing. Will also have plenty of time to talk about other deals we are working on and for general networking. 

We are meeting at the office of Wilbur Construction at 102 West Washington Street Suite 218. I or Wilbur will let you in the side door facing N Front Street. You can park on the street or directly across the street in the Range Bank parking lot.
Please let me know if you do plan to attend so I know how many chairs to bring.

I think I have emailed all you local folks, but just in case I missed you.... I have been hosting a meetup in Marquette MI every third Tuesday of the month at 6 pm at the Washington St Border Grill.

I stumbled across some information last week that I want to share. Seems like it might be possible to use a LLC membership transfer on almost any real estate transaction. Removing the traditional risks associated with transferring an LLC's ownership.

Summer is in full swing and there is lots of exciting things happening. I just got back from Dallas Tx and the Apartment Investor Mastery Conference and will be sharing some things from that as well as some other deals we are working on.

Come on out for a taco and stay and talk about houses, and apartments, and cash flow... All are welcome.

Lets meet again and talk about houses! Fixing houses... I am hoping to have some ideas pulled together on estimating rehabs. Come on out and we will discuss some ideas for determining the scope of work and rehab budgets. Bring your ideas, questions, and discuss the process. I should have an update on that multifamily project we discussed last time too. 

FYI Border Grill does have beer available again.
