I am looking at purchasing a Land Bank Home in Grand Rapids MI. I am looking for anybody who has any experience or advise in doing this. I have never purchased a land bank home and wonder how it works.

Hi, my name is Mike from Grand Rapids MI. I'm looking to follow my passion of real estate and transition out of my current career in law enforcement. I have never had the courage to do so and don't know how to start. I have one rental and have built equity in two homes successfully.
