@Jakeira Burney I work with lots of wholesalers in FL and have blank FAR-BAR’s, which is the standardized purchase agreement created in random by the Florida Association of Realtors and the Florida Bar. I also have template assignment agreements for FL. If you want to shoot me your info I’d be happy to forward them over to you.

I found it to be rudimentary material that you can find anywhere. I thought the qualities of the videos was very poor. It also takes around 20 or more hours per week to just complete the material which is notably higher than what it’s advertised as (5-10). Overall, I’m really disappointed with it. I believe it is a scam just trying to get your money. Better to make connections on here or a local real estate group.
