@Kenneth Woodruff I think we would just need 5 or 6 studies on Single Families and there would be a clear trend. Then we could post on here and we could all save thousands of dollars. If anyone would send me their studies, I would average them out and post the results. 

@Basit Siddiqi Do you think if multiple people were to post their studies we could come up with an approximations based on percent of sales price? like cabinets are 14% of the sales price. Roof is 9% of the sales price. Then these could be easily applied to any home for a cost effective way of performing a cost seg analysis. 

@Julio Gonzalez I was not able to see the cost segregation study you posted. Could you send me a copy?

Does anyone know of a cost segregation estimator for a low cost? It seems like it would be very easy for someone to build one by taking each item as percentage of the sales price.
