@Bruce Lynn, Thank you for reaching out, and as I get closer to completing my exam, I would like to connect with you. I'm 50% there and hope to be done by the end of the year. I have a W2 job and doing the class during the evenings and weekends. I am well aware of KW; it is one of the top echelons of organizations I'm targeting. Thank you for connecting with me, and I look forward to talking with you in the future and gaining wisdom viewing your posts.

Best & have a great day,

Michael

Hi again, sorry I might not have made myself clear on my objective. I've committed to 45 hours of exam studying and planning to obtain my license in early 2022. I  have a W2 job in Indy and am still trying to figure out the next logical steps and plan it out. It would be great to meet, but I am not quite ready yet but would like the opportunity to connect more as I get closer to completion.

If you have any suggestions of books, blogs (besides BP) to learn more about the Indy area, that would be super.

Best, Michael

@Tyler Lingle Thank you for your response. I'm in the process of getting my real estate license and looking for input or suggestions on getting a brokerage to sponsor me.

Hello,

My name is Michael, and I am halfway through my real estate agent exam and looking to learn more about the next steps. I moved from the Chicagoland area to Brownsburg, IN, and exploring which brokerage to consider.

I love to hear your expertise and am open to your feedback.

All the best, Michael

Hi Rodney, I enjoyed your post and sharing your experiences. I found it educational and helpful, thank you. A year ago my wife and I moved from the Chicagoland area to Indianapolis because we were tired of paying high property taxes and also improve our lifestyle. Like many newbies, I'm interested in learning more about the real estate world and doing this by podcasts and these BP forums.

I applaud you to stay patient and staying the course, I'm sure that wasn't easy. If possible I would like to connect with you and follow your posts. Can you tell me the PM agency your using? It appears they 're very highly regarded. I'm still trying to learn who the good folks are and organizations that support the customer fairly and ethically.

Kind regards,

Michael
