Hello everyone I appreciate the feedback about the Capital Syndicate however I still have reservations. My issue issue is they state you don’t need a license to do this. Wouldn’t this be considered being a broker which requires a brokers license?

I am looking for recommendations for investor friendly title companies who have experience in double closings/assignments in the Vacaville, Ca or Solano/yolo/Sacramento county areas.
