Houses/Rentals in this area are going in the range of 160-180k This rental needs to some "Cosmetics" but priced WELL below the average purchase price in this neighborhood!!!

This property produces a cap rate of 10% and over $1400 per month in rental income.

It just needs a carpet and a siding power wash as repairs.
