Hi There!

I am a new investor and have been interested in Ohio for my first rental property( Single Family Homes). I am currently looking into Dayton and Columbus, mainly Dayton. Im looking to learn about your experiences investing in both areas and also if anyone has any recommendations on Real Estate agents in those areas.
