Hey guys quick question about out of state deals. I recently found a property in PA through a Co Wholesaler , I am located in CT and am wondering how that process goes through. Do i need to find a  lawyer in PA or does mine in CT handle it?

Hey guys quick question. Im looking to invest into another state but dont know if i have to set up an LLC in the state i wanna work in or can i stick to my own state if that makes sense? Thank you.
