Not personally, but it's know a guy who has done 3 or 4.

Alabama and the south east In general typically have better returns, and lower construction costs as opposed to any of the coasts.

$75 for a toilet paper holder is quite unaccetpable. 

Well good news is I got a line on a great new PMC that does things very well, I was with Beckyhancock for a while until they took almost 3 months to fill a vacant unit. Needless to say I fired them pretty fast!

I used becky hancock for awhile and it was plain awful.
