I just bought my first hold property September 9th.  On the first of November my new tenants will be moving in.  How long should I wait to do a cashout refinance.  I would like to get another property and start all over again.  

Hello everybody, I just received news from my realtor that I now have my first house under contract. I am very happy this process was long.  They denied my offer 3 times then excepted my offer.  The next day they put the house out for highest bid I lost.  Then I find out three weeks later that the other deal fell threw.  So I finally i go the property under contract.  hope I do not have anymore issue come up.

I am new to Real Estate.  I put my first offer in on a house.
