@Charles Diaz I would love to sell the property, I was actually going to just a few months ago, however I had an appraiser kind of do his own thing and chose the worst possible comps that put me 3K under what I owe after 7 years of payment on the mortgage! My mortgage company wont let me short sell and I dont want to tie up capital by refinancing with 22K down on the principal. It was an FHA loan. If I could make a profit selling it I would drop it like its hot! Thanks!

Hello!  My name is Michael Reiche (pronounced Rich) and I am currently living in central Texas.  I moved here a few years ago from Harrisburg, PA where I purchased my first home just in time to see property values come crashing down!  I still own that home and am a little bitter from that experience, but learned an incredible amount that has led me to be interested in and pursue investing in real estate... for a profit... (Still losing money in PA, I am interested in NOT losing money!)  I think my interest sparked from trying to figure ways I could come out ahead with the property I currently own vs. starting with something entirely new.  I still haven't decided what to do, but look forward to learning from this community!
