I have been doing my taxes myself. Since I am starting to expand my REI I all be getting a CPA from now on. @Eamonn McElroy and @Basit Siddiqi thank you both for the information. So I can just file the 3115 form with my 2018 taxes?

I am looking at a property that has an assumable loan associated with it. What are the good, the bad and ugly of this type of financing. It just sounds too good to be true.
