I have been doing my taxes myself. Since I am starting to expand my REI I all be getting a CPA from now on. @Eamonn McElroy and @Basit Siddiqi thank you both for the information. So I can just file the 3115 form with my 2018 taxes?

I have been renting my property since 2012. I have never depreciated it on my taxes. How would I go about making up this depreciation?
