Hello, I have the opportunity to buy the deeds of the following turnkey properties that also already have renters . these properties are not on the market, so how can I get a realtor to help me to select and purchase the right ones. below are the addresses

3870 118 St Cleveland, Ohio 44111

3324 W 119th St Cleveland, Ohio 44111

12113 Wayland Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111

13538 Harold Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111

I also appreciate any information or suggestions from anyone who is familiar with the above areas if they are good rental investment.

Thanks,

Thanks Sal so so much for your help. I had attended one of those real estate seminars, then signed up for the next level of training which also included TAX liens. After that, I got a call from REI Holdings that had offered me a list of liens that they had bought at some discounted price. Everything that was presented to me seemed to make logical sense, but also seem to be a lot easier than I had thought, but hey, I am a newbie so I won't know if I had made the right decision until I give it a try. This is my first one so, we'll see.

Thanks for sharing the incredible story, Fay... that was an incredible and impressive journey, and you definitely are my hero. I am super new new new to real estate investment , in other words... I don't even have a rental property, yet... and was wondering about my chance of success in this adventure. Your story has inspired me to move forward.... I wish you more success, and hope I will have some successes of my own to share in a near future.

Thank you very much James.

if you can also refer me to the broker and attorney that deal with tax liens in Hartford, CT then it will be greatly appreciated as well.
