Apparently, they are a fake entity. They stole thousands from a colleague. Do not send any money to them.

Analyzing areas around Columbus OH for purchasing duplexes and SFH for appreciation / cash flow - would like to stay in $100-200k range - any insight on where to target and areas to avoid are appreciated.

 I dunno what good or bad means. Good or bad for what? I recommend using an A-B grading scale like you see in The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods to set the parameters of what it is you are looking for.
