@Tony Stephan way to go!  I am looking to put permanent financing on my 16 units once stabilized, have you refinanced at this point?  If so, would love to hear which lender you went with.

@Justin Garrett I am perusing BP looking to see what financing people have used for their 16 units as I am going to be looking for a lender once I get mine stabilized.  I also am interested to hear how close you are to your goal of 100 and hoping to hear that you have far surpassed it.  Look forward to hearing from you and connecting.

Congrats on this!  Would love to hear how it went or is still going for you.  Also would really like to know if you ever refinanced and if so would you be willing to share the lender.  I have purchased a 16 unit with cash and will be looking to get financed once stabilized.

Love creative deals.  Would love to hear how you went ahead and structured this.  I own units with a wrap mortgage, however, the bank that had the current loan worked with us and basically let us take it over subject to because we were coming in to help save the owner/seller, so they were aware the whole time.
