I am starting out and I really want to invest in real estate but doing rental or fix and flip are all just a little too much for me right now. I was wondering what is another good way to start investing? What are all the different ways to invest in real estate?

I just happened to be driving by and saw it. It is no on the MLS it's for sale by owner. I was thinking about maybe flipping it but I don't know how much work it needs. It looks fairly decent from the outside.

Hi everyone,

I was looking at this house for sale. There is no number to call so I was going to write him a letter seeing what he wants for it everything but I don't know what exactly to write. Does someone have any ideas I would really appreciate it?

Thank you

I am really interested and want to get into real estate investment. I want to do fix and flips but I don't have much rehab experience. I also don't have much money. my question is how do I get a house and get the money to fix it up if I don't have the money? does anyone have any suggestions or can someone help me? If you need more info about my situation just ask me.

Hi,

My name is Michael and I'm just starting in REI. I want to start flipping houses but I'm scared of the unknown. I've read/ in the process of the books and all but what is my next step to getting started? like how do I find a house and pay for it?

@James Triano to answer your questions

1) I make about 1200 a month and spend 600

2) savings about 10,000 in all, retirement only about 1200, investments about 1800

3) If I had to live for 6-12 months without an income? I don't know it would be hard.

Just to give you a little more information right now I live with my parents. I just graduated college and I have an ok job right now. I'm looking to get into part time right now and eventually doing this full time hopefully making this my only income. If you have any other questions don't heitat to ask.

This is probably a stupid question but I keep hearing get your finances in order but I not exactly sure what people mean by that? Another question to get pre approved to purchase my first property where would I go to do that?

Ok so if I go the way of wholesaling like @Julie Hicks suggested. How would I find a house to buy? Would I just look on Zillow or, trulia places like that?

Hi

I am very interested in getting into REI. I've been reading books and reading articles on different ways but I'm still a little confused. At first, I wanted to flip houses then I heard something that it was a big headache. I like doing construction and all. I then read an article on biggerpockets about wholesaling and how easy it is and lucrative it can be. I'm just confused and am looking for someone to guide me.

I'm also confused a how to buy my first house. I little to no money.

Can someone explain to me what wholesaling is? I see that all over this website but I don't know exactly what it means.
