@Marshall Hooper I use GoDaddy

Hi,

Has anyone use PenFed or Alliant CU for cash-out refi on single family investment property?  Thanks.

From first-hand experience, trust nothing from seller/broker.  Along with tax returns, you could ask for bank statements verifying actual rent deposits.  Estoppel works too.

If you do cage them in, read up on electrical codes. I believe you need 36” of space in front of them for maintenance. The cage can’t be closer - unless it’s easily removable.

 Thanks for the response. You're right, why mess with the meters and risk death.  Maybe we just need to make sure the fuse box is locked up.

We're trying to get a laundry room built out for a 17-unit apartment except the electrical meters are in the same room.  I don't want anyone tampering with the meters.  Any solutions to secure the meters, yet still accessible for service?

Hi Michael - If you would like to attend my Cleveland REIA meeting Tue Feb 13 at 6pm I would be happy to add you as my guest. Our main speaker is the head of BNI for NE Ohio and is talking about his new book. There will be a networking session at the beginning and also a buy/sell/trade during the meeting so you'll have plenty of opportunity to chat up other local investors. Let me know if you're interested?

 Sorry, just saw this. I messaged you my number. I'd love to attend if it's not too late.
