 @Mike Trzaska Aloha! Yes live in Hawaii and invest in Cleveland. Price point was a key factor, but we also like what's happening in the city. I invest wherever the deal makes sense, but I've been on the Westside lately.

 Hi, it's been going great.  I currently have about 20 doors plus a handful of flips going on.  Unlike CA or HI, Cleveland doesn't appreciate as much.  For me it's all about cash flow.  All the best.

Hey @Mike Trzaska, I've been investing in Cleveland for the last 18+mos., mostly flips, and some buy n holds.  Looking forward to connecting on the forums. I plan to be in town in Nov.

I invest in Cleveland all the way from Hawaii.  No lead paint issues that weren't easy to fix.  For the most part, no issues.
