Post: Wholesaling Coaching Suggestions

Hi All,

I've been working close to full time during quarantine trying to get a wholesale deal together. I've invested around $2k over the past 8 weeks between facebook ads, bandit signs and cold calling, and have remained consistent with each. I've gotten lots of leads but haven't landed a deal yet.

I've read the books, done the online trainings, watched lots of Youtube, etc. but I wonder if dedicated coaching will be more valuable to me in the long run. I'm very willing to invest in the education but there are dozens of different programs to be found and even more random people on Facebook eager to take $10k in exchange for their time.

My question is whether there are any coaching programs that are widely trusted among this group?

Thanks in advance - I'll appreciate the insight!

Michael

Post: Splitting Fees when JV Wholesaling

Hi,

I have a contract that I'm trying to sell right now and was approached by someone that offered to JV the deal with me. As I'm new, I'm inclined to join forces with this guy -- he seems like he's done a lot of deals and has a lot of experience.

I understand that if he brings me a buyer for my contract, I will pay him a fee in accordance with our agreement. However, do I still pay him if I find a buyer on my own? I want to make sure I understand how the process works once I enter into an agreement with someone in a case like this.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Michael

Hi,

I'm a new investor trying to continue to network during COVID-19. Aside from Facebook and online REIA meetings, are there any other best practices for online networking? I'd like to continue to meet other investors, buyers, sellers, etc. but want to make sure I'm focusing my efforts in the best way possible.

Thanks!

Michael
