Nice catch there in Bellevue.  I like what’s happening with Main Street there. Best of luck in the new year!

Hi Jason,

I'd recommend Appliance Warehouse on the south side.  They have a range of just scratch & dent, to gently used, and down to pretty well used appliances.  If you are filling more than one apartment, their prices are somewhat negotiable too.  Good luck!

Hi @Josh Caldwell, if you get an answer from your sub group I would still be interested in knowing who is active in that area.  Thanks!

@Aaron Howell best of luck with your new property!  I'm looking at something there right now.

Hey Rob, I can second the Mace comment. While I’ve only been with them for a couple months, I can tell that they’ve got good integrity with their staff. Market knowledge is a must to start the conversation, but integrity sets companies apart.

@Jack Macioce Good to hear from you too! Yeah, if you guys can find time, I'd love to meet up. Things have to be getting busy for you 2. I will text you to figure out a time. Feel free to direct me to must-reads and other content on BP. I've enjoyed catching up on podcasts the last few weeks.

Hi @Anthony Angotti, thanks for the message.  My short term focus is on 2-4 units.  I'm enjoying the learning process at a small scale that feels very manageable.  However, I plan to set myself up for something slightly larger (5-10) in a couple years.

ACRE has been on my calendar for a few months now, I just have not made it out yet.  You will see me there shortly.  I will keep my eyes open for you.

Hello all,

I've just joined the site and live in the North Pittsburgh area.  I'm interested in investing in smaller multi-unit buildings along the 65 corridor (Bellevue, Avalon, Emsworth, etc) and also North Side, West View, Coraopolis areas.  It's been a couple years since my last deal, but I plan to do another deal in the next 8 months. Of course that's all up to what deals I can locate!  Looking forward to following local posts & networking with people who know the market.
