I’m new to wholesaling,I know a few stuff about it but I would love to know more by connecting with people that have done deals or can show me the ropes by following their steps.

Is there any contractors with a general contractor license that can please do me the favor to pull a builders permit for me. We will be paying for the permit and paying for pulling the permit for us. I really need the help if anyone can please do that for me it will be really appreciated in order to advance with my flip property.

I would love to know how you guys learned how to wholesale properties.

What did you guys do in order to get your first deal?

I would love to learn a step to step process in order to get my first deal done.

Came across citations for not pulling permits on electrical,plumbing,roofing and car port. As being a first timer in flipping a home I wasn’t aware of this. Now I want to make things right and fix this issues and pay for citations,pull permits and also get it inspected.

However I do not have the funds to proceed with this and I really want to get out of this situation. If anyone knows how I can’t get a loan of atleast $7,000 it would be appreciated.

@Tom S. However I did ask him why he didn’t ask for my payment history and this is what he said:

Me and my dad came across a private lender that offered his services on the app “meet up” app. I contacted him and he seemed legit,he asked for me to submit a loan application with name,address,where I work,my anual income,drivers license # date of birth and my occupation. Now the thing is I don’t know if he’s legit or not he sent me an approval letter next day to add my acc and routing info. I want to know if I can trust this person or not.
