I am 3 years from military retirement and have committed to getting into part-time real estate sales. Licensing exam is next week.

Advice or tips on being in the military and working with service members to buy/sell homes?

Semantics?

Which is better: Blue Flamingo Properties, LLC or Blue Flamingo Homes, LLC?

Will be working as an independent sales agent for a broker, as a buyer's agent as well as a seller's agent. Additionally plan to buy distressed homes to renovate and resell - hence the Blue Flamingo Properties, LLC or Blue Flamingo Homes, LLC.
