Who would i have to speak to about seeing if a property could be rezoned to commercial from manufacturing. I do not own this property yet but im looking to see if it can be rezoned to turn a 4 unit office building into 4 apartment units. Thanks in advance

@Jeffrey Donis this would be my very first time in this situation. But i beleive i wil. I am the cash buyer and the seller doest have an agent. Who would be the right person to ask about zoning aswell. The units are currently being used for office spaces 800 sq fr each. They all just need to be upgraded to become 1 bedroom units

I am in the process of purchasing a 4 unit mutli family in cash. Can some one help me out with how exactly the cash buying process goes?
