say i bought a duplex to live in one side and rent out the other; Is there an tax advantages to this?

no such thing as a stupid question right? In that case: say I wanted to purchase real estate  with my ira, would I have to have 100 percent equity? If not, what credit would the mortgage be based from?

Can anyone explain how purchasing real estate with your ira(or roth ira) works?

I've filed my articles of organization with the secretary of state. What would the next step be? Opening a bank account with my ein? Is there still more filling to do for my llc?
