Hello all, I'm about to go in on my first investment property and having buyers scare.

Wanted to see if anybody would be willing to get on a call with me that is familiar with the Eustis Florida market.

Hi all, I spoke with the county and the property was not permitted to be converted. On top of this they do not give out permits to rent out concerted units in a single family. Glad i caught this it could have been an investors worst nightmare!

Hi all, i have a property under contract and need to speak with an experienced investor in a timely manner to go over some very sensitive and specific things.

would love to connect. Please reach out if you're willing to support a new investor in the market!

Hi all, I'm under contract for a property that's classified as single family, but has been converted to a triplex years ago and was never zoned.

The agent said this won't be an issue and can continue to be a single family once closed, but it hasn't been inspected or appraised yet.

Should I be concerned about this? Or trust the agent and hope that it will continue to be classified as a single family?

Hello everyone, I finally made the move on a Triplex in Florida. I was curious to know what the first step to do when there is already a tenant in place. (House has not been closed on, but offer accepted).

This tenant is on a month-month lease and I would like to change it to a yearly lease and recieve a security deposit. Should I be requesting a background check or credit check or speak with the sellers agent about the current tenant?

Theres no security deposits in place currently as well.
