I am currently a commercial plumber and have been in the business/ trade for four and half years. I have currently been reading two real estate investing books. I am going to get into the boot camp provided on biggerpockets.com. However i keep having the same question know matter what books i read or articles i follow: where do i start? I feel like i have a lot of information but have no idea where to begin and/or what choices to make. I have thought about saving up money for a down payment for a condo/ rental property and renting it out my self until i can find tenants to rent it out. I have also realized there is difference between loans that i can take out, so that i do not have to use my own money. I am a trades man myself and know many other people from different trades/ contractors so i can help out in remodeling processes and maintenance work. Just need some guidance and the right people to talk to. Please advise
