Working with a local bank trying for better rates 

Thanks for info US Bank doesn’t offer home equity loans or heloc in my zip code

Iam trying to get a home equity loan on my personal property. I own it free and clear worth about 80000 to 100000 in north east Texas . Trying to find a loan company credit is good had some late payments when wife passed away 18 months ago ,recently paid off a mortgage on a flip house . Any help or loan company in my area would be great

They are correct the inspector shouldn’t be giving repair cost I have my Texas home inspection License he should have referred you back to your agent get someone who does foundation repair let the inspector stick to inspecting
