I'm currently doing some research on Self Directed IRAs. Can anyone who is experienced tell me how your experience has been and who you went with as a Custodian?

Congrats on a well executed BRRRR! What would you say are the biggest lessons you took away from your experience?

I like the idea of using FHA for your second deal but I would leave it in place as you go on to the third.

Those amounts seem much too high.

I recently listened to an audiobook titled "Wholesaling Real Estate: A Beginner's Guide" by Brent Driscoll that I would recommend. It is available on Audible and contains great actionable next steps and sound strategies for getting started Wholesaling. It's also only two hours long, so I've been able to listen multiple times in the car.
