Do you have any recommendations in the Toledo area? Or if you do have experience in that zip code, what should I look out for when looking for properties in that area?

I’m interested in small multi family rentals in the Toledo area. Does anyone know if zip:43605 is a good area to look for multi unit properties to rent?

I’m very new to real estate Investing and wanted to get started in the Toledo area.
