@Kenneth Garrett Thank you for your input! I think I am going to have to start using Zillow with fee. It was great when we used it without payment. However, I assume their business is struggling during these times so they started charging.

Hopefully they have a customer service center or someone we can call to when there are issues.

Do you know if Zillow has a phone number?

Hi All,

New to BiggerPockets but I have noticed that Zillow has started to charge $9.99 per posting. Do you know if this will stop or if there are other better platforms to post rental properties for rent. Please let me know.
