Hi all,

I'm Mike, from Carbondale CO, (originally NY) and looking to start buying houses for Long Term Rentals.  My focus will be outside of Colorado, not sure where quite yet, as the #'s aren't adding up here.  Been reading articles for a while, started listening to podcasts, read a few books and planning to dive into the forums while I start narrowing down areas to consider investing.  Planning to focus on single family homes, but open to multi if that's where the numbers and opportunities take me.  Thanks to everyone that's contributed to making this space such a helpful tool!
