I was actually planning on using it for Off-Market outreach to mobile home park owners.

Hey guys!  I work in acquisitions for an investment group that owns/operates Mobile Home Parks. I am looking into using TLO for skip tracing.  However, when I had previously reached out they mentioned they do not allow Real Estate Investors to use their service, because it violates their policy in some way.  Has anyone run into this before?
