Hi Lorenzo, that would be greatly appreciated! Do you just lend in Texas? Ideally you'd lend in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Ohio. But Texas and Georgia are the most important. 

Hi all, I'm looking for the lowest rates possible in today's high rate environment and want to pursue an ARM. Anybody have recommendations on who to use in Houston? I hear local credit unions and sometimes banks can beat online lenders for ARMs. If they lend in Georgia and Oklahoma thats a plus too but I'd like to start in Texas for now. Thanks!
