I have leads and buyers waiting for me to pull the trigger.. most uncomfortable position to be In. Any advice??

@Jonathan Greene I most definitely want my license to help friends and family and Potential clients find properties. That’s the fun part of having license to me.

I’m getting my real estate license. Because I know it gives you access to the mls and I can cut out a lot of fees when investing. Once I get my license that is. I want to stick Mainly on the investor side of real estate overall. Wholesaling then eventually buy and hold. I’m new to bigger pockets I just wanted to reach out to others doing the same. buyers are always welcome 😎

@Diane G. Growing up with little with a lot of siblings 3 people can share 1 bathroom. Trust me it’s been done lol unfortunately. Renting to 3 tenant in my eyes is a win. 3 people going in on rent, let’s you know rent will be paid on time. Just my opinion on why you shouldn’t deny them.
