Curious question for the masses - when do you think someone becomes overleveraged with their own personal credit when buying buy-and-hold real estate properties?

@Scott Hollister - Hi Scott, looking forward to attending the meetup. It will be great to network with like minded people from the local area.

Is there any way to connect with the meetup events so I can receive notifications?

Thanks

Mike

Hi, I am relatively new to real estate investing. I currently have two properties in Connecticut. I would like to expend my portfolio by two additional 2-4 unit properties in the next year or two. I am struggling to accumulate the funds for a conventional loan. Where can I find different types of investors in my local area, Connecticut, that can help me reach this gaol, other then the traditional banking establishments? Thanks
