Inspirational Tab! No syndication and a lot of sweat equity with only $100,000 down. I love this

I appreciate the search Nathan

I attended the BP conference in Nashville and really enjoyed meeting all of the other investors. After returning home I reached out to all of the people I met but there is one gentleman who doesn't show up in a member search.  Gregory Davis from Springfield Illinois, any information on him or what (if anything) I might be doing wrong would be appreciated.

Quentin, I will be available from 6am to 4pm tomorrow. Is it Ok for me to call you during those times?

Respectfully

Mike Hartnett

Hello Quentin,

I currently have 5 single family houses and a 4plex in Champaign as well as 1 property that has a 2 bedroom house and 5 duplexes on it in Rantoul. I'm busy through the weekend but will reach out to you next week.

Thanks

Mike Hartnett

Thank You for the advice George.

New to the forums. I've listened to several of the podcasts and really liked #328 and #326. I'm looking for an accountability partner. After being unsuccessful trying a few people around my area I thought I'd reach out to the BP forums.  Looking for someone to set and review goals on a weekly basis. It can be by phone or if you're in the Champaign Illinois area we can meet face to face.

Thanks for the info. I'm new on this site but I'll poke around and search out more information.

Does anyone have any input on what is better, to go with an LLC or a S corp with sub corps to break up your properties? Before I talk to an attorney I'd like to get real life Landlords opinions?
