I came across a rural 40+ acres, with road access, that would be ideal for an outdoor shooting range in Southern California. The land is zoned for recreational use. Purchase price is 700k. I’m still gathering more numbers for excavation. If you’re a firearm enthusiast and a frequent range attendee, you understand the potential here. If you are interested, this needs to be a long-term play for you.
