Hello BP, I am a 23 year old military member stationed in Jacksonville, FL. I am interested in wholesaling to generate more income. I am seeking any guidance, tips, advice, and possibly mentorship to get everything going. I have read several books, articles, and forums on the subject. I have a great understanding of what it all consists of but my only problem is figuring how to get started. Any help at all would be very appreciated.

I am completely new to real estate investments. I have read several books and have a few friends who are currently actively working in real estate investment. I have narrowed my areas of interest down to wholesaling and tax liens, just looking for any advice or tips on ways to get started and begin building more knowledge, income, and business relationships.
