I build my buyers list by posting each property I get on every platform I can. Even if I have a buyer, I still post it, and as buyers contact me about the property, i tell them that property not available, but I have a conversation with them about their Criteria. Then I ad them to my email list and stay in contact with them. It has help me build a nice buyers pot! Good luck!

Hey, really appreciate the feedback and information! Makes sense, I'll bring this up with my partners. Largely we aim for mobile home deals, we've ran into complications and obstacles when dealing with some of the agents so prefer to deal directly with the buyer & seller, but creating a relationship prior as you're recommending could alleviate that for sure.
