I joined subto 3 years ago. I had very little experience in real estate. I learned from pace how to buy properties and bought my first subto 3 years ago. I made 12k on the purchase and have made $800 per month net since then. I know pace personally as a lot of subto does. He is a try gogiver, and this community of subto is the largest group of positive people in real estate. I own several houses and airbnbs now and am doing multiple flips etc per month. I owe pace and the subto community for my success
